    In 2010 I had a crazy idea to put mustaches on cars. Yes this existed before Lyft. I designed the product, learned manufacturing, built an e-commerce website, and pulled off a launch that sent Carstache trending on Twitter. Next thing I knew I was selling Carstaches at Urban outfitters and Spencer’s Gifts, firmly establishing Carstache as the Global Leader in Automotive Facial Hair ;-)

  • RunWilder Mobile Gaming Company

    RunWilder Inc. - 2011

    In 2011 I raised seed funding as the co-founder and CEO of a mobile gaming company called RunWilder Entertainment Inc. We built a design studio and put out a series of titles, including Burt Destruction, which was prominently featured in the Apple and Google Play stores generating close to a million downloads.

    Who wouldn’t want a reversible cummerbund that’s clean black satin on one side, and a rhinestone “Champ” belt on the flip? In a bid to disrupt the stodgy mens formal wear industry, we created a Kickstarter and produced a line of reversible cummerbunds known as “Wonderbunds”

    In 2006 I joined Tencent as the third member of their US gaming operation, a startup within the company. In this role I localize and launched their wildly successful multiplayer gaming platform in the US, initially leading product, creative, and marketing as we built out the broader team.
